These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Build With Piyusha website, products and services (collectively, the “Platform”), which is owned and operated by STRATAEDGE LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing the Platform or purchasing any consultation, programme, digital product or other service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform or any of our services.
1. About Our Services
Build With Piyusha provides educational content and strategic consulting relating to personal finance, wealth building, investing, real estate, business strategy and capital allocation. Our offerings may include private consultation sessions, implementation programmes, workshops, masterclasses, newsletters, digital resources and other educational content that may be introduced from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content and services provided through the Platform are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
2. No Investment, Legal or Tax Advice
Neither the Company nor Piyusha Goyal is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) as an Investment Adviser. Nothing published on the Platform, or communicated through consultations, workshops, newsletters, videos, digital products or any other medium, should be construed as investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, portfolio management services or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product or security.
The information provided through the Platform is intended solely for educational and informational purposes and reflects general principles, opinions and strategic perspectives. It is not tailored to your individual financial circumstances and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
While reasonable care is taken to ensure that the information provided is accurate and current at the time of publication, the Company does not represent or warrant that such information is complete, accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances, nor does it undertake any obligation to update it. 5. Bookings, Fees and Payments
All consultations, programmes and paid services are subject to availability and shall be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, such changes shall not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Payments are processed through independent third-party payment service providers. The Company does not collect or store your credit card, debit card or online banking credentials.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Requests to reschedule a consultation should be made with reasonable advance notice and will be accommodated subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment, in which case the applicable fee may be forfeited.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. Fees paid for implementation programmes become non-refundable once work has commenced. Digital products, downloadable resources and masterclass registrations are also non-refundable after access has been granted or the event has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All content made available through the Platform, including without limitation all text, articles, videos, graphics, logos, branding, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, templates, worksheets, downloadable resources and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to the Company, unless expressly stated otherwise, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights or other interest in the Content.
Except with our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, sell, license or otherwise use any part of the Content. You may also not record, share or redistribute any consultation, workshop, masterclass or other paid session, nor permit any third party to access any paid resources purchased by you.
Any unauthorised use of the Content or infringement of our intellectual property rights may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform and our services in a lawful and responsible manner. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation or security of the Platform, infringes our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, misrepresents your identity, or otherwise violates any applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any service, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued access may adversely affect our business, our users or the integrity of our services.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or provide access to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, scheduling software, video conferencing platforms, analytics providers and email service providers. Such services are operated independently of the Company and remain subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
The Company neither controls nor assumes responsibility for the availability, functionality, security or content of any third-party service and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such services.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Platform.
11. Results Disclaimer
The effectiveness of any educational content, consultation or programme depends upon numerous factors that are beyond the Company’s control, including your individual financial circumstances, market conditions and implementation of any suggested strategies.
Accordingly, the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding any particular financial outcome, investment return, business success, wealth accumulation or tax benefit. Any testimonials, case studies or examples appearing on the Platform reflect the experiences of individual clients and should not be interpreted as guarantees or assurances that similar results will be achieved by others.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, its partners, employees, representatives and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or our services.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, failures of communication networks, internet outages, power failures or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to these Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform or our services following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform or any services provided by the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
